Cascade Cottage is one of the original cottages in the historic mining town of Derby.
The Cottage has been lovingly refurbished and fitted out for a MTB holiday with bike wash, secure bike storage and a workshop with essential tools. It is conveniently located 400m from the Trailhead and in easy walking distance to Main Street cafes and shops.
Cascade Cottage sleeps a maximum of 11 guests. Depending on your group size, you have access to 3 buildings on the property (exclusively rented out to your group) in a fabulous location with stunning views.

Cascade Cottage is ideal for shared use by 2-3 families or larger groups. Each accommodation area has its own bathroom with underfloor heating to facilitate a quick getaway to the trails in the morning.
